Jim Doglio
Custom Solutions Business Manager

27 years in the global lubricant industry with educational experience and an excellent history of commercial success. He has held positions
spanning the technical, marketing and training aspects of lubricating oils and additives.
As quality assurance laboratory manager for GROWMARK, Inc., a major regional farm cooperative, Jim spent seven years providing technical sales product
training. He was responsible for a complete line of petroleum- based engine oil and specialty lubricants, fuels, and greases. Afterward, Jim spent three
years as GROWMARK’s technical manager, developing and managing the technology portfolio.
Global technical lead for Lubrizol’s heavy- duty diesel business, Jim was responsible for securing some of the largest contracts in the market.
Jim’s broad range of experience as a finished fluid marketer, an additive customer, and additive supplier, has brought significant benefits
to the customer interface and the programs that he has been involved with. He is well respected by sales people in both global and regional companies. Jim’s
ability to help sales people explain lubricant value from a customer perspective is a key element of his success.
Now, Jim is the global business manager for Lubrizol Custom Solutions and is responsible for growing this new business to eight figures in less
then two years.
Jim acquired his bachelors of science in industrial technology from Illinois State University with an emphasis on internal combustion engine design
and theory of operation and taught secondary education for three years

Holly Fitzgerald

Holly has over 25 years’ experience in business planning and information technology in chemical industries. She is most recently responsible
for spearheading the start up of Lubrizol's first two commercial business-to-business Web sites, Chevron and Lubrizol Express. With Chris Schmid, she
founded Lubrizol K2M learning and educational marketing services business.
Holly has led numerous long-term business planning and visioning initiatives at Lubrizol. All of these initiatives have resulted in successful
multi-million dollar implementations in the areas of IT, R&D and e-commerce.
During her career, Holly also has been responsible for product development and monitoring competitors' technology for the Energizer Battery Company,
commercial management of Lubrizol’s North American warehouse network and definition of Lubrizol's technical architecture for SAP and the World
Wide Web.
Holly earned a bachelors degree in chemistry from The College of Wooster, a bachelors degree in computer science from Cleveland State University
and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Phoenix.

Lubrication Experience
Field Testing Manager for Lubrizol and its customers. He has been responsible for field testing in all of the major lubricant market segments
and in numerous regions around the world. By virtue of his work with dealerships, fleet maintenance managers, OEM representatives and lubricant
marketers, Chris has unique insights into the knowledge and skills required of lubricant consumers and sales forces.
Chris has spent the last three years managing the Lubrizol customer training facility. He has developed instructor-led courses on basic and advanced
lubrication, equipment design and operation, and trouble-shooting techniques. He has delivered these courses to over 1,000 participants representing
dozens of countries and organizations. During this time, Chris has developed a keen understanding of how to teach lubrication to a wide variety
of professionals from the transportation, lubricant and equipment manufacturing industries. He has a keen interest in distance learning and has developed
over 20 courses for Web delivery designed to engage and transfer knowledge to lubrication professionals.
Chris has a mechanical engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and masters of business administration from John Carroll University.

MJ Torkar
Creative Director

MJ has over 15 years of business, learning and design consulting experience. She spent a large portion of her career with Ernst & Young LLP where she managed the design, development and deployment of a plethora of blended learning solutions for global clients across industries - from finance to pharmaceuticals.
MJ is highly proficient in the art and science of strategic planning and creative problem solving. She has a history of generating and facilitating innovative yet practical solutions to a variety of problems. She has lead learning strategy and product design sessions and has personally designed and developed courses including both Web-based distance learning and instructor-led/facilitated learning.
MJ joined Lubrizol in 2003 as a learning consultant to help in the implementation and growth of the Lubrizol K2M learning and educational marketing services business. She spent the first part of her career with Lubrizol managing the infrastructure and operations of the K2M business. She currently is responsible for managing the K2M content development and product expansion. A large part of her role is to consult with customers to create solutions that add value and help meet their training, marketing and business needs.
MJ earned a Bachelors degree from Miami University, Oxford Ohio where she majored in Visual Communication and Design with a concentration in Marketing.

Sonya Coleman
Product Specialist

Sonya brings 18 years of customer service experience from a variety of service industries to Lubrizol K2M, as well as, PC troubleshooting and financial administration expertise. Sonya's received her BS in Business Administration from Myers University in 2004.
This background underpins her role as a Product Specialist for Lubrizol K2M where she helps customers from all over the world become comfortable learning online.
Customer satisfaction is important to Sonya, as a result many K2M program graduates return for further studies.
