The Metalworking
Program is a 6 week program designed to reinforce your knowledge
of metalworking fluids. It will cover metal cutting processes;
the types of fluids and their role. We will discuss metalforming
applications; including types, additives and the physical properties.
The program will cover the chemistry of metalworking fluids
and look at the performance factors and characteristics in selecting
a metalworking fluid. It will speak to troubleshooting problems
and the microbiology of metalworking fluids, including biodeteriation
